Using your account

Your online myESPS account makes it easier than ever to keep track of your pension savings and manage your details.

Log in or register and you'll be able to:

  • View your personal record
  • Complete an Expression of Wish
  • Update your contact information
  • Request an estimate of your benefits at your normal retirement age, and
  • Access important documents, such as payslips and P60 forms (if you're a pensioner) or your latest benefit statements once they've been issued

To help make your myESPS account even more secure, we’re introducing multifactor authentication (MFA). This is expected to launch towards the end of March 2025.

The first time you log in after MFA has been implemented, you’ll be asked to register your mobile phone number. Once that’s been validated, you’ll be asked to enter your email address and password. A security code will then be sent to your mobile phone, and you’ll need to enter this to log in to myESPS.

We’ll share more details about the changes, and what it means for you, in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye on this website for details. You can continue to use the Helpfiles below in the meantime.
