Festive season Helpline opening hours

Broadstone’s Helpline hours will be slightly different over the festive period, so please keep this in mind if you plan to contact them.

Opening dates and times:

Wednesday, 24 December – 8am – 12 noon
Thursday, 25 December – closed
Friday, 26 December – closed
Monday, 29 December – 8:00am – 5pm
Tuesday, 30 December – 8:00am – 5pm
Wednesday, 31 December – 8:00am – 5pm
Thursday, 1 January - closed
Friday, 2 January – back open as normal 8am – 5pm

You can call Broadstone on their Helpline number 02476 472 541 for any queries during the festive opening hours above. If you call outside the opening hours, you can leave a message and they'll get back to you when the Helpline is back open.

Broadstone are back to our normal opening hours 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday from Friday, 2 January 2026.
